I’m a cook, teacher and author. My food celebrates simple ingredients and seasonal produce and is influenced by my Maltese upbringing and time living in Italy. I teach sell out cooking and baking workshops (please do get in touch if you’d like me to teach you) and contribute to publications such as Country Style Magazine, Assemble Papers and The Design Files.
My debut cookbook, Ostro, received high praise and was shortlisted for a 2018 ABIA – Illustrated book of the year, listed in Australian Gourmet Traveller’s best food books for 2017 and called ‘a truly brilliant first book’ by Jamie Oliver.
