An opportunity to learn the joy of making fresh pasta from cook and author Julia Busuttil Nishimura.

We will make two types of dough and use both machines and tools to shape the dough into a variety of pasta shapes. We will then sit down to a shared lunch and enjoy some of the pasta we have made together.

The class includes cheese and prosecco on arrival, a shared lunch including a seasonal tart or cake to finish, served with tea/coffee. You will leave with recipe cards and a box of fresh pasta that you have made.

Some things to note…

There is a minimum number of 10 participants for the class to run. In the case that not enough tickets have been sold, the amount paid will be refunded in full.

Cancellations are accepted until October 26. Any cancellations made after that day will result in the forfeiting of your money.

Please advise of any dietary requirements when prompted. If your requirements cannot be accommodated, someone will be in contact with you.
